Dr. Charbel Tadros, JP, is an author, educator, speaker, entrepreneur, and community leader based in Sydney, Australia. His work brings together education, self-development, communication, personality theory, and community engagement, with a focus on helping people better understand themselves and build more harmonious relationships with others.
Born on July 16, 1988, Dr. Tadros developed a passion for reading and writing from a young age. This early love of language and ideas later shaped his academic path, his professional work, and his continuing interest in the way personality influences choice, growth, communication, and human connection.
He holds a BA in English Pedagogy from the Lebanese University, a Master’s Degree in Education with a focus on Special Education from Notre Dame University, and a Honorary PhD from the American University of Business and Social Sciences (AUBSS), conferred in association with the International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE) for his work on the Spirit Personality. His educational background informs much of his writing, especially his emphasis on practical learning, self-reflection, personal development, and the different ways people think, respond, and grow.
Dr. Tadros is the author of Developing the Spirit Personality and Embracing the Spirit Personality. Through these works, he explores the Element Personality framework, which presents Earth, Water, Wind, Fire, and Spirit as a way to understand human temperament, behavior, strengths, weaknesses, and growth. His writing encourages readers to move beyond rigid labels and instead see personality as something that can be understood, balanced, and consciously developed.
In Embracing the Spirit Personality, Dr. Tadros expands on the idea that personal growth begins with honest self-awareness. The Spirit Personality represents a harmonious integration of the positive traits of the four basic elements: the wisdom of Earth, the patience of Water, the communication skills of Wind, and the charisma of Fire. This framework invites readers to identify their dominant traits, recognize areas for growth, and intentionally develop a more balanced and effective version of themselves.
Beyond his writing, Dr. Tadros has built a diverse professional life across media, education, publishing, business, and community service. He is the Co-Founder and Media Manager at Oz Arab Media, the Founding Director of Brandplus Solutions, the Founding President of the Australian International Multicultural Association Inc., and other ventures. His work across these fields reflects his ongoing commitment to communication, creativity, multicultural engagement, and public service.
Dr. Tadros is also a published author and TEDx speaker. He remains actively involved in various local and international organizations, contributing his time, expertise, and leadership to community initiatives, including the Canterbury-Bankstown Lions Club, the Australian Lebanese Football Association, and the World Lebanese Cultural Union.
Now residing in Sydney with his family, Dr. Tadros continues to write, speak, teach, and lead through projects that encourage understanding, collaboration, and positive transformation. Through his books and the Element Personality framework, he invites readers to look more deeply at who they are, how they relate to others, and how they can shape their personality toward wisdom, empathy, confidence, patience, and harmony.
